ANTIDOPING

 

Svaz mažoretek a twirlingu ČR (dále jen “SMTČR“) a členové SMTČR přijímají a dodržují podmínky Národního antidopingového programu ADV ČR, Směrnici pro kontrolu a postih dopingu ve sportu v ČR a Světový antidopingový Kodex .

 

The Federation of Majorettes and Twirling Baton of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "SMTČR") and the members of SMTČR accept and comply with the conditions of the National Anti-Doping Programme of the ADV Czech Republic, the Guidelines for the Control and Punishment of Doping in Sport in the Czech Republic and the World Anti-Doping Code.

 

Směrnice pro kontrolu a postih dopingu ve sportu je prováděcím předpisem ke Světovému antidopingovému kodexu, který je základním a univerzálním dokumentem, z něhož vychází světový antidopingový program. Směrnice pro kontrolu a postih dopingu ve sportu v České republice je samozřejmě přizpůsobena sportovnímu prostředí v České republice, neboť je platná pro sportovní organizace v České republice a jejich členy. Antidopingová pravidla popsaná ve Směrnici jsou součástí sportovních pravidel a sportovci je musí dodržovat.

 

The Guidelines for the Control and Sanctioning of Doping in Sport are the implementing regulation of the World Anti-Doping Code, which is the basic and universal document on which the world anti-doping programme is based. The Guidelines for the Control and Sanctioning of Doping in Sport in the Czech Republic are naturally adapted to the sporting environment in the Czech Republic, as they are applicable to sports organisations in the Czech Republic and their members. The anti-doping rules described in the Directive are part of the rules of sport and athletes must comply with them.
